With a title like Scottish Nightclub of The Year 2007/08, there’s no disputing Snafu’s credibility. Our little boutique nightspot is the premiere destination of those in-the-know. We’re unpretentious and laid back with a warm, friendly atmosphere, existing not for the masses, but instead meeting the needs of a smaller eclectic and vibrant crowd who are looking for more from their night out. Nestled at the historic Castlegate, Snafu is located away from the main drag, and so avoids the cliché crowds, creating a safe haven for the more discerning music lover.

With an extensive range of award-winning and unique spirits, a quirky cocktail menu and delightful wine and champagne menu, Snafu questions the rule that nightclubs can’t compete with style bars when it comes to service and choice.

Our events programme is full to bursting with live bands, stand up comedy and of course world class DJs. Playing host to the likes of (let it roll off the tongue) - Booka Shade, Damian Lazarus, Optimo, Vitalic, MANDY, James Lavelle, Erol Alkan, Filithy Dukes, Hot Chip, Q-Bert, MSTRKRFT, Glimpse, Silicone Soul, Italoboyz, Troy Pierce, Steve Bug, Jesse Rose, Joris Voorn, Boys Noize and Ivan Smagghe, Snafu has made Aberdeen a weekend destination for many clubbers not only in Scotland but from all over the UK.
