Located in Thorpe-le-Soken, Essex, an hour and twenty minutes by train from London and a ten minute drive from the pretty beach town of Frinton-on-sea. Lifehouse is a new contemporary health spa, offering a unique, life-enriching experience, tailor-made for every guest. The new buildings are modern, simple and restrained and form a series of courtyards creating outside ‘rooms’ linking the interior to the less formal existing gardens. This day and stay spa is set within 130 acres of beautiful grounds which include 12 acres of historic, listed gardens.

Lifehouse has 89 guestrooms, all with wonderful views of the gardens or courtyard, 35 treatment rooms, plus gym, outdoor fitness circuit, yoga / Pilates studio, swimming pool, thermal spa area, relaxation areas, 15 manicure and pedicure stations, make up bays, a hairdressing salon and a spa boutique. Dedicated experts, specialising in key areas such as fitness, life coaching, nutrition, weight loss, medical, alternative and holistic therapy have been recruited to ensure highly personalised, specialised and tailormade programmes to suit every guest's needs.
