Rob Williams

Rob has been DJing for 7 years & has a wide range selection of house music, starting out in 2003. Rob entered in a DJ competion where he came 2nd place, this was only 2weeks after getting his own equipment.

This was only the beginning for him, he then progressed onto getting many residencies with local DJ’s, such as AJ Moore, Andy Snaddon, Shaw, Chris Vatary, Will Long, Sean McCabe, Smiley, Aleksei, Matt Harding, CN Williams, Ed Kurno, Will Rees, Ruben Williams, John Hughes, Jason P, Danny Slade, Fabz, Adam Hopkins, Asha, Dan Voyce, Fuck Disco, Lloyd Scoulding, Zak Wilcox, Sniff, Gary Howells, thatguyCalvin, Nick White, AC/CC, Nicky Cursio, Damo & Stevie Thom . . . . the list continues.

As well as playing pre-parties for Stonebridge, Michael Gray, a New Years Eve party, playing with live percussion bongo & sax, the after party for Grant Nelson, playing for “escape” – one of Wales’ most recognized clubs ‘future heroes – gets tough’ night, “DJ Promo Agency” & another “future heroes”, Hed Kandi, the pre-party for Pete Tong & more.

Not forgetting him playing next to A.Skillz, Ibiza Space resident Marco Loco, Anna Kiss, Paul Thomas, Neil Navarra, Filthy Rehab, Hot Pink Delorean, the Squatters, Calvertron, Mark Trophy, Stupid Fresh, lil Bastard, Kissy Sell Out, Tek One, DJ Yoda, dbridge, James Talk, Junior Jack & Kid Creme, Chris Lake, Paul Woolford . . . . . ! every month the list continues to grow ! watch this space . . . . .

Rob had arranged a DJ competition, which was the only successful DJ competition that took off in Swansea in 2007, which also progressed onto Rob running his own nights.

Rob has worked with a close friend on the production side of things doing re-edit for his tracks which has grabed support from DJ’s such as Kissy Sell Out, Dave Spoon, Micky Slim, Karl G & Outwork !

Rob has also played many guest radio slots on “ReelHouse.FM” during 2004 with head-honcho CN Williams, which had guest DJ’s such as Darren Giles, Brian Tappert, DJ Spen, Muthafunkaz, Grant Nelson, Simon Dunmore & more.

During October 2009 Rob had done a guest mix on “Village Bass, radio Tircoed” http://www.radiotircoed.com

for HUG the SUB with ‘fuck Disco’ & Beefstep showcasing what the night is all about & had really good feedback from the show !

To start of the year in style, Rob had a guest mix on “dex fm” http://dexfm.co.uk/ with DJ Damo & SteveThom, this is now a monthly spot which Rob has secured.
