Vastly experienced international dj PETER P has played all over the world for many years playing some of the biggest clubs and events worldwide and playing alongside some of the worlds top djs.

Its hard to pigeon hole PETER P to a genre of music when asked what genre he plays he simply replies HOUSE/SOUL/BOOGIE/WHATEVER FUNKS THE CROWD. you cannot categorise his unique style.Having started his career at the tender age of 15 behind the decks in a local london club spinning rare northern soul he soon picked up the skills that have seen him play worldwide.He soon progressed through the ranks as a soul djplaying many all nighter /weekender gigs in the eighties.The late eighties saw a change in music and Peter P ingratiated himself on the house scene playing up and down the country at many raves during the summer of love.The following years saw Peter P progress on the house scene taking in soulful garage , latin house,funky house all forms of house.Choosing to mix all genres taking crowds on an exciting rollercoaster of musical mayhem.

Peter P is also an established radio presenter presenting his own shows over the years on many different dance music stations.

The later part of 2007 has seen Peter P returning to his soul roots playing at various soul events in the UK AND 2008 looks set to be a busy year with bookings for THE SOUL VILLAGE WEEKENDER as well as the launch of Peter Ps label SOULHOUSE..PETER P says 2008 also been a year to delve back into the archives Ive been playing out at many soul funk and boogie nights plus a few back to 89 events ,its been great rediscovering my record collection and we have some great events lined up for 2008 incorporating soul,funk boogie , house and old skool .

Peter P is also involved in the famous SUMMER OF LOVE revival nights and holds down a saturday residency at the world famous PENTHOUSE in londons leicester square.

Early part of 2011 I will be finishing of many tracks in the studio for release next year also some big remixes coming early 2011.

By ten years old he had already built up a sizable record collection and over the next few years compiled cassette tapes to sell at school. It was no surprise that in 1982 at 15 years old Peter left school and made his debut as a dj at the regency suite east London. The music at the time was northern soul and rare groove and DJ PP soon built up a following and played many clubs all over the country and at various scooter rallies. By 1986 house music was arriving and the soul scene was fading out in London. He started playing around the top clubs in Essex and London for a few years and also appeared on a few local radio stations. In 1989 DJ PP was taken to Ibiza to work for two weeks and ended up staying the whole season picking up residencies at Nitelifes and the Star club as well as fronting several beach parties. 1990 saw a residency at world famous Hippodrome in London and the once monthly return to Ibiza for various promotions. The next few years saw a steady stream of work at clubs in London including Equinox, Bar Rumba, Jimmyz, Buzz Bar, Fish Club, Slap Harrys, Ministry of Sound 100 Club, Milk Bar, Limelights, Club UK, Lipsticks and many others. DJ PP has toured all around the world deejaying including Spain, Czech, Cyprus, Greece, France and many times in Indonesia including Double Six club Bali. His style of music is soulful funky electro and Latin house. Essex clubs played Ilford Palais, The Hope, Room At The Top, Faces, Villa, Corks, Hollywoods, Time & Envy, Edwards, Rbeeze, Havelocks, Cellar Club, Soulfull Shack, Chains, Legends, Zero 6,Rising Sun, Secrets, The Kings, Stop Outs and others. I n 2005 Peter created a promotion called SOULHOUSE playing regular events up and down the country with fellow SOULHOUSE resident CHRIS LAVISH. The night soon built up a diverse following and SOULHOUSE now run weekly events in London and Essex 2007 hopes to see the launch of SOULHOUSE record label as well as clothing and merchandise.2009 has seen centreforce radio become legal centreforcesessions broadcasting 107.5fm catch Peter P on wednesdays from 8pm gmt with his house show then on sundays from 12 miday with the soul syndicate show all times gmt.
