Now into his 20th year within the Scottish clubscene,from spinning early breakbeat/rave tracks in Edinburgh’s institute of dance music ‘The Venue’ (RIP) in September of 1990,on to residency’s at Edinburgh’s legendary club night ‘Sublime’,The Venue,Beatroot@Ego, Pivo Cafe and Low Gravity@The Liquidrooms, Kev’s unique fusion of deep & driving tech-styles has led him to become one of the respected figures within the Scottish clubscene.

Since 1993, his radio shows & guest mixes on Forth 1, Kiss FM, Beat 106,Fresh Air,BBC Radio Scotland, Clyde 1 & Dex FM (Sydney) have given him the opportunity to push his sound to an even wider audience.Having played over 30 guest mixes on East/Central Scotlands premier station Forth 1 between 1993-95,he eventually moved on to present his own Saturday night show on Forth in 2002.

With over 20 releases under his belt,Kev’s debut release was a prog-trance collaboration with Nu Idol for Well Wicked Records in 1999.Moving into more tribal territory,‘Getting Closer’ was his debut single for Saeed & Palash’s Addictive records in 2003 with further releases on Plastica under his KPAXX guise in 2005/2006,then into the digital age & the realms of Beatport with remixes and releases on Plastic Music,Adjust Recordings,Helevetica Noir,Manuscript,Beat Therapy & Quanza from 2007 through to present day.
