If you asked anyone that knows Harry well enough, they would tell you that the one thing that Harry has a passion for is music, whether it be rock, dance, rap or whatever genre; Harry will have some knowledge about it.
Harry´s love of dance music came about in his early school years when a friend of his lent him a tape of a Streetsounds Electro compilation; he loved it so much that whenever he had saved enough money, he bought one of the series. Eventually he had collected them all and moved on to collecting his favorite tunes from the tapes on vinyl, gathering what are now classics, he had quite a good collection such as Man Parrish´s Hip Hop Be Bop Don´t Stop!, Grandmaster Flash "White Lines" and Hashim´s "Al-Naafish".
Through the later years, Harry moved over to more "rocky" music and throughout the time, he self-taught himself various musical instruments. His first love was his guitar; he also learnt keyboards and could play mostly anything that was put in front of him. Harry was also in various bands, the last band he played with got let down on a last minute record deal as the label went into liquidation.
Towards the late 90´s, Harry re-acquainted his love for dance orientated music as a friend of his, Bill Payer (Andy Winrow who he has known since school) was the dj for his last bands after show parties which became legendary in their own way. Harry watched in awe at Andy´s skills and after a few "lessons", Harry found himself hooked on dj-ing. After Harry´s band split up, he decided to hang up his guitar and pursue dj-ing as he had a bit of a head start with his experience with the Electro scene.
Six years on, Harry is slowly up and coming as a dj. The one thing that you could never take away was his ability to know what tune to play next, he´s always this amazing way of making compilation tapes for people as when you play it, you will know what I mean. Taking that into account, watching Harry on the decks you will see somebody that can watch a crowd reaction and work in a tune that will get the floor moving.
The way Harry works a set is not to rely on the newest white label or the big tunes to get the crowd going, he looks into that forgotten b-side or a tune that he would see as under-rated and when you work them in the right order along with acapellas and drum loops you can be sure of a decent dj.
Harry currently has his first release on Seductive Records with a storming tribal remix by Martin Accorsi, he is dj-ing and working alongside Bill Payer as the 3745 Soundsystem, they are in negotiation with several labels for the release of their 1st ep which comprises of 2 thunderous breaks tracks and 1 dub-house stomper. They are definitely a team to watch out for with recent appearances at Circus in Liverpool, an "Essential Mix" type appearance on Rotationz Radio, and their tracks have appeared actually on Radio Ones Essential Mix. Mass support comes from James Zabiela, Paolo Mojo, Tom Stephan, Lee Burridge and a cast of reputable known dj´s and producers.
