Daniel Bailey

Currently spinning his own unique brand of dirty electro, bleepy and squeaky house and techno and scratching his way through sets like a kitten on catnip, Daniels energy behind the decks and passion for the music is second to none.

Daniel has lived eaten and breathed danced music from a very early age. At just 13 years old he won a dj competition in which the prize was a weekly residency to over 1500 people.

At 18 Daniel was picked up by BBC Radio 1 and has compiled and mixed all of Dave Pearce’s shows since. Being resident dj for the largest radio station in the world has seen Daniel play to crowds in excess of 40,000 and radio audiences of 6 million.

For the past 4 years Daniel has developed his alter ego the fidget kid” on the Kiss and Galaxy radio networks mixing and mashing up the national chart show Fresh 40. You can hear house music colliding with rnb and hip hop bootlegged in his own inimitable style every Sunday from 4pm.

His highly successful club brand; Bedbug has seen the world’s elite djs and acts including Eric Prydz, Fedde Le Grand, Pete Tong, Armand Van Helden, John Digweed, Annie Mac, Axwell, Steve Angello, Sander Kleinenberg and many more  perform alongside Daniel over the past 2 years in Bournemouth.

Daniel’s Bedbug night continues to go from strength to strength with monthly tour nights in Shrewsbury, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Bournemouth.
