Rated by his peers as one of the most naturally gifted DJs, Ariel Belloso has been playing professionally since the age of 15. He deejays a percussive, Latin based groove heavily influenced by the dynamics of the Cuban Rumba. Ariel’s distinctive sound is informed by his knowledge and understanding of World and African rhythms. His productions and remixes are championed by a large and diverse selection of DJ’s around the world. He has sold in excess of 2 million records.

Ariel’s new digital music label MyDust launched in 2007 and, with more than 70 releases to date, is fast becoming a favorite on the underground global scene. With artist support from the likes of Danny Tenaglia, Paul van Dyk, Hernan Cattaneo and Layo & Bushwacka! tracks have already been licensed to Renaissance and others. MyDust’s artists include hot new producers Alex Celler and X Green, PlastiqHouse, and Freddy and Herman with their first new tracks since the demise of City Rockers in 2003.
