You need to create an album to upload mixes/tracks to first. From the sounds page, select 'My Albums' from the top right hand buttons and proceed to create your album. Once your allbum is created, you will then be presented with the option to upload mixes/tracks to that album.

Firstly, you must ensure that you stated you are going to the event by clicking the 'I'm Going' button on the event page. You can then click the 'Upload Gallery' button or click 'Event Albums' from the sub menu (both from the event page) which will allow you to create an album and upload your images.
