Blog Entry: Got up @ 5oclock for work this morning and the first thing i did was put my patch on, all the time in work i could not stop thinking about smoking a fag, god how the hell do i get though the day with out one. After work I went to the gym for a hour and am now feeling quite possitve about the weed. More later.
