Clubnet UK was founded in 2003 by Geoff Jackson (zigojacko), originally as Clubnet SouthWest (Clubnet SW). The online brand was formed as a message board initially and rapidly became the leading music and clubbing source in the South West boasting over 150,000 posts within two years uniting clubbers and djs from across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset predominantly but also attracting members across the nation to form a fantastic online community.

It was in June 2008 the company transformed to Clubnet UK and to celebrate, we teamed up with Bohemia nightclub to host our launch party with Andy Whitby headlining what turned out to be fantasic event thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who attended. Since then, whilst the website has suffered set back after set back, the brand has continued to attract advertising contracts, event promotions and interest worldwide with the more notable advertisers being Slammin' Vinyl in the UK and Electromind in Montpellier, the largest festival in France.


Geoff Jackson, known moreso by his internet pseudonym 'zigojacko' has actively been involved with the music and clubbing scene for almost ten years having been involved with the promotion and management of events and promoting up and coming DJs so they are recognised and has even given a number of DJs their first ever gig. Founder of the Clubnet brand, he has tons more in store over the coming years to dip into a variety of markets with aims to develop the growth of the brand until it's known globally. Geoff Jackson is also a recognised name in the UK search marketing industry with a number of years experience within the whole sector including search engine optimisation, pay per click management, social media marketing, conversion rate optimisation and ecommerce. With this experience behind him, he founded Clubnet Search Marketing, a successful search marketing agency based in Plymouth, Devon.
